We always have such a positive experience there. the staff couldn't be more helpful. I am always recommending my first steps to friends .

I called beforehand as I was getting first shoes for my twins this time and one of them has speed wobbles so I was delaying. I spoke to Alison who was so helpful and I learned that the shoes in fact help which I have now noticed after a week of both girls wearing them. Everyone is complimenting them. Also it's the first time I've been asked for my email but the points really add up for future discounts so definitely worth being signed up. The Galway store is fantastic, we just keep coming back.
