Orders placed on myfirststeps.ie can only be accepted from, and delivered to, residents from the Republic Of Ireland, Northern Ireland and limited other European Destinations.

€5 Flat Rate Fee (€2 postage cost for small items)

€70 spend or more qualifies for FREE ROI/NI Delivery

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. Our courier partner is Fastway Courier Services, and smaller items and gift vouchers are sent with An Post.

Orders placed on a non-working day or after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day (for this purpose a 'working day' is Monday to Friday, not including bank holiday or public holidays). 

We offer two options for delivery standard delivery and express delivery. Where free delivery is applied due to a minimum spend the parcel will be sent by express couriered delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery times once your item is dispatched and with our third party delivery partners. Delivery times may vary depending on the exact location that the goods are to be delivered to. 

Delivery times will depend on the delivery option you select, and are subject to delays beyond our reasonable control;

including, without limit:-

i) fire;

ii) severe weather conditions;

iii) failure of subcontractor (this sub-clause shall not apply when you are acting as a Consumer);

iv) obstruction or closure of any public or private road or highway;

v) industrial dispute;

vi) strike or labour disputes
