What Is The Loyalty Programme?
Each time you shop, you'll get points that can be exchanged for money off vouchers towards future purchases.
You can also earn extra rewards through special promotional events, completing tasks and referring friends.
You earn 4 points for every Euro (€) spent in store or online.
Can I Earn Rewards On Sale Items?
Yes! You will earn rewards on sale items.
I Didn't Give My Email On My Last Visit So Didn't Earn Rewards
Contact the store you visited by phone or in person, or email hi@myfirststeps.ie and provide your receipt details and we will allocate your transaction
I Used My Rewards Online But Now I Am Under The Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free shipping over a certain transaction value. This threshold will be the value of the transaction after deducting the redemption of any Rewards. If the transaction is less than the current free shipping threshold of €70 the Member would not be eligible for free shipping or that transaction.
How Long Do My Rewards Last
Earned points and bonus points rewards last 12 months once converted to rewards, birthday bonus rewards will be valid for 30 days.
